Accusation to the U.N. dept. for the justice

Dear friends from the right justice, in the world,

I have the consistency to inform you on the way the democrat and the social government, here in Romania, has always tried to change my political convictions, during the years, by neglecting and isolating me. And not including me, during the years, in a clear status.
And as the first democratic and the social parties in the country did not make any moves towards helping me, directely; but kept me in the isolation, years after my accident and continuing now.
This last party only-the PNL-had started to support me from the distance,lately: but in a not straight and direct way towards me.
Contrary to my unique case of a young U.N. citizen to have been killed by a car accident whose innocent young victim I have been, on my regulamentary crossing the road: I have been starting to build my authority, during the years.
And I have struggled and continuously been working in an intellectual manner mostly, in order to proove the justice of the real and complete human rights, at a large social scale. By all of my networking and the public image.
By using my larger communications and by variate middles in the U.N., the E.U., and in Romania.
In these conditions, I have always been fighting for bringing the right justice and the consistency principles towards a real freedom in Romania as in the entire world.
As I have always been accusing the E.U. and the U.N. Court of Justice: for my continuosly and not-equal and inconsistent treatment, here as in the U.N. different governments and departaments.
And only because i have always kept working for trying to bring the justice by my side and by the side of the straight and right civilised citizens to be by my side and alike me, in many ways. Contrary to this national and fake-informed on the democracy justice, by the Romanian government.
To only be opposite to the real cooperative and common spirit in all the U.N. states, including Romania, too.
Adding to that, it is only because of this injustice towards me and my not rightly justified situation, here in Romania and in all the U.N. member states: to let me proove my worldwide known name: AMY, from Acknowledge Mine and Yours.
As my name is badly supported by the Romanian government and its justice, by they have been mistakenly enrolling me, in the international law for the handicapped persons, not to be able performing their daily activities.(Law 3. 05. 1996, in the U.E.).
As I am just a very sensitive person to the different miseries and the variate injustice and lack of mental coordination. With a mere sensitivity and the medically interdiction to the cold from the conditioned air, the current and draught, and from the smoking cigarettes too. As I will always need to work towards keeping my physical very good status of health, at least 2 a week. By performing sports.
And I cannot be compared to the never-so badly injured with every and the majority of the people not to be intellectual and right, like i am.
In the end, as i have always been asking you, and different nations and their private and public persons to do towards me, directely:
Please do start providing your right and complete cooperation with me, firstly: and only by communicating and practicing together, your common justice for the peace.
As you will practice it with me firstly, by regarding towards my complete and unique, according to my situation, developpement of the human rights. As in the Universal Declaration.for the Human.Rights., with the no.11 protocol and with an international and then national law for my unique sensitivites, and not to add me in the handicapped category.
This law for me, mostly, to be applied by every person and every nation, as in my official documents in Romania. As i have hardly worked to only be provided with a right intellect and a rational state of mind, as the basic international law states.

After I have been an invited person in some of the religious events in the Islamic and the Italian-English catholic events in Romania, this year of 2007: I finally am to listen to the ortodoxist celebration for the Christmas-the same and never-changing ceremony, in the entire ortodoxist world.
To only be present, in the less civilised nations and countries, like Romania is.
In spite of the common primitive status of all the religious ceremonies in the entire world, the ortodoxist culture!! Is really authentic in its primitive ceremonies. As there is only a single and unique chief: the priest, but the God-this first, to be identified with all of its less-and more informed people to rule over and inform them in an unique primitive and cultural manner.
And all of his sheeps to come or listen to the ceremonies in the churches, to trust and obey him, as the complete experience and knowledge in the world, to be his. Except the catholicists and the hebrew, to only have the education to obey practical principles of cooperation in a practical manner. And find the proper ways of not disregarding the others, as they could all share a relaxing state together, during and after the ceremonies.
And this will be contradictory with the ortodoxist ceremonies, as people within them to only be taught, in every ceremony, to behave in the real life, as they have acknowledged the best minds during the ceremonies.Whose meaning is to be completely lost because of this not-cooperative spirit at every celebration.
Right now, I am to listen, by mistake, to the televised ceremony for the Christmas, in my parents room.
And I am acknowledgeing again, in all of my 28 years of life, to the unchanged psychics, after our most complicated and common, live.
She: laying down the bed, allowing her less-advanced and not growned-up brain, to bear in the mind, to the priest-the master’s childy song, in a low tone: mda laa..mda laa..mda laa..And only because of her less-advanced status, not-caring there are not so many interdictions, in the ortodoxist life of the priest: like in the catholicists lives, for example.
Being only a spoiled and a careless child, with her mind only in the confort to be needed, by her. Within many other females not to be able to acknowledge a higher education and obedience, with she.
The confort of her laziness, always to owe the courage to compare those who know a right education signifies some more advanced compromises within the mind, with her.
And bearing in mind, altogether with the fake prieches, she have acknowledged the truth and may tell us exactely who will be a good or a bad nature.
And the more advanced in the education and all of their experience, to be the worst and the meanest of all in her and their common opinion, of course.
But her-they- to do contradictory with the preaches of their unique girl, even she is to be a Lady, in her Christmas Request.
Who can acknowledge the meaning of the spoiled persons, in the conditions one does not owe the mear education of life to care about the members of the family rights, and their common importance in the economical and the juridical life, of the society.
In these conditions, let me please not to believe in egality for the freedoms and rights, but in a common sense of equity. This last, to be based on the common principles of a proper and common more or less restrictive education, to only be promoted by the social justice, but of the churces.In ours nowadays societies. Reaching a common goal for the Right and the truth of the information.
Last but not least, where is to be the most important significance for the Christmas, if there are less people, in the society, to understant the significance of the givings and the gifts? In the conditions a Sacred Rennaissance isn’t to be properly celebrated, one and more times, of the year??
And this Christmas Celebration only, to be prepared for, by everybody in the world, within a whole year and by variate rememberings and different celebrations.
And it will be only because of this ever-lasting and common celebration, to be peace in the entire world. And a common ackowledgement and symbolistic education, everywhere on the planet.

Dragi domni, conform tuturor studiilor si a cercetarilor de piata, Romania noastra postcomunista este formata din corupti si din imbecili, in cea mai mare parte. Si toti acestia, care formeaza majoritatea populatiei tarii, se bucura de marea majoritate a drepturilor civile si a celor umane,. Adica, de acele drepturi umane si, de cele cetatenesti.
Acestia toti, reprezinta cam 3 sferturi din populatia tarii, restul de un sfert(25%, conform studiilor de piata, facute de diferite institute de statistica), este total nedreptatita. Adica, sub toate aspectele unei existente umane complete, adica normale.
Si acestia, avand sisteme cognitive nealterate, sunt cu atat mai nedreptatiti, cu cat fac ei insisi parte, dintr-o adevarata societate europeana.
Si cu statut ‘universal’, adica. Bla..bla..bla..
Iar voi, dragii mei care va ocupati de respectarea si de aplicarea tuturor drepturilor, pentru persoanele incadrate in L. 448/2006 in Romania, sunteti responsabili de aplicarea exact acelorasi drepturi si obligatii pe care le are un cetatean obisnuit, in intreaga societate umana, dar si in propria tara(conform legislatiei exacte, dar si conform a ceea ce invatasem cu totii, in facultatile cu profil economic-juridic si politic: justitia este prima putere in stat, fiind apoi urmata, chiar de presedentie).
Mai mult decat atat, domniile voastre, nu numai ca nu aveti bun simt innascut-adica mostenit din familia bunicilor, macar: dar duceti lipsa de educatie de acasa si, mai mult decat atat, nu ati avut nici educatie din scoala(medicina, farmacie, psihologie care nu e totuna cu cea de psihiatrie!!)
Permiteti-mi va rog sa va dau, aici, exemplul unui fost laptar, locuitor din mahalaua unei comune: fiind un prost plin de bani, care nu stia nici macar bine, sa scrie. Imaginati-va, insa, ca aceasta persoana ‘potenta’, a intrat la o facultate privata, la cativa ani de la revolutie.
Iar acum, isi da doctoratul (in lapte, cumva?!)
Si-atunci, domnilor,va intreb: asta intelege Basescu si gashca, printr-o democratie civilizata? Intr-o tara europeana?!
Concluzionand: discutia mea de ieri, cu un reprezentant direct al lui Base’, la D.G.A.S.P.C. sector (1!!), reda ideea pe care acesta o exprimase clar in public, despre nevasta-sa, ca si despre mine. Eu fiind adica, femeie cu o cetatenie romana!!

In cazul in care eu observasem, inca de mica, faptul pe care il redau toate studiile de piata, despre situatia Romaniei, in lume:
In cazul fenomenelor de migratie si de globalizare, dar si a conditiilor nedrepte de trai, populatia tarii este dominata de generatia varstei a 3-a, in Romania. Iar fenomenul natalitatii, este intr-o continua scadere.
Exact in aceste conditii, misiunea mea este sa ajut, prin activitatile mele intelectuale, la schimbarea in bine, a lucrurior. Si la aducerea normalitatii civilizate, in societate.
Contribuind, in acest fel, la echilibrarea intregii societati umane, in Natiunile Unite.
Si: pentru a fi cu adevarat eficienta in modalitatea mea intelectuala de a ii ajuta pe oameni: trebuie sa cunosc de toate, despre acestia.
Deci, asta inseamna ca trebuie sa studiez si sa cunosc, din toate domeniile, despre acestia.
De la notiuni medicale, trecand prin toate aspectele culturii si prin diplomatie si prin relatiile internationale si ajungand la legislatie.
Astfel, e limpede ca eu gandesc logic: daca refuz sa cunosc un astfel de lucru important despre acela pe care sunt obligat/a s ail ajut(chiar si, numai moral!!), va intreb pe toti: cum pot eu sa ajut, acea persoana?
Mai mult decat atat, trebuie ca eu insumi(insami) sa am curiozitatea de a cunoaste mai multe despre acel om si, chiar numai de aceea, sa o caut eu insumi/insami.
In concluzie, profesionism real inseamna ca: inainte sa fiu doctor, avocat, profesor, diplomat, jurist, presedinte si politician sau oricine, in societate: trebuie sa fiu om. Fiind inzestrat/a atat cu morala de-acasa, din scoala si din viata, dar si de la servici(etica profesionala) si, mai mult: din societate.
Asadar, trebuie sa fiu o persoana care intelege clar si este de acord, cu toate formele de comportament propuse de legislatia internationala a drepturilor omului..
In final, va rog sa re-cititi constitutia Romaniei, sa o comparati cu cea a Federatiei Ruse, dar si cu sistemul juridic American, impreuna cu Amendamentele sale:
Si, in concluzie, va rog sa imi spuneti: de ce credeti voi, ca in Romania, isi bat joc absolut toti cetatenii, unul de altul? Punct.

Dear Sirs,
as Ms. Condoleeza Rice in The World Economic Forum and Mr. Putin have already proven to us, I have been already writing to you, in my previous lobbies:
Thus, there are only the lack of a complex experience in the life, together with the missing of the right information and the lack of the educated culture to be the main reasons for a civilian state’s, failure.
And these are to be added to the genetical and biological reason’s for the people’s failure, as individually and socially different, in the world.
According to these, and only because I have succeeded to be impressive in the international and diplomatic relationships concerning the common good state of the people, in the former years, I need to clarify my status, in the Registries for the Commerce or CCIR.
What is more, my own company : Amy Communications, is a conglomerate company to mainly work virtually, within its communicating the information to the different people. with its logo to be: Acknowledge Mine and Yours.
To sum up with this, it will only come to life, in the economical and juridical and materialistic-bureaucracy fields, by your proper investements in this.
In these conditions, I would love to be helped by the Russian and the American investors in my company, as I agree these 2 cultures are known to be resilent and sound, worldwide.

Remember the Russian-American documentary on the stupidity of the Romanian people?

       My dearest people from all over the world,                It has been very easy to me, all those years: to make a comparising the level of the good sense between you and the Romanian people.As all of my last lobbies and persuasions(for stopping the advancement of the global warming worldwide and this only, by obeying the law as one could show their mental coordination by this) have shown:The same conclusion with 2 Russian and American film directors, have recently shown to the world. In their last documentary(about 4-6 weeks ago), on the Romanian nowadays culture with the irresponsive and dump not grown-up people in that country.        And every time I have been contacting the representatives for the  embassies in Bucharest, and proved my personal success in our fight against the bad mental features, the ordinary and dump irresponsive people revolted.Thus, they started to wear the favourite colour of retardation: pink. In their everyday clothings, in the ordinary life. As they could prove it has been always me to be mentally ill, whenever I argued them with a bvright and juridical logic..in spite they were not able to understand it enrirely..and needed a plenty of extra explainings as logical deductions and clear proves, to ‘sense’ it.          But only discriminating me and the high IQ’s ; by wearing it in their clothings, disobeying the laws for the good conduct and having not the will in searching for the rules of a good conduct.And showing they are nothing but very mean idiots, never to be punished and even pointed at: whenever they disobeyed the laws.; discriminated the sensitive people; destroyed the green placessmoking in public and throwing their used cigarrs down the alleys.And only continuously preserving their individual and the social retardation : by not-willing to cooperate and neglecting the common sense law.            Just let me ask you all, then:             If this will be your case outside Romania or the Balcanic countries, why would you exceed all of us with your high standard of living, your attitudes and outside-Romania beliefs?And why are your very high representatives to be invited in the World Economic Summits, yearly; and organize NATO Summits abroad, from time to time?Why it will be always you, but the Romanians?            As there are we all, to have passed hard times in the history..but we are so different from each other. Still, there is the mastiff to care more, for the puppy, in a very normal standard of living, isn’t that so?            In the end, let me ask you: why it has been only me, Amy: to have been stated to all of you, in the past: which will be the main reason for our common as individual very good conduct, towards each other?And all of these, for our common benefit from our natural world, to already have been threatened by a lot, in the former years.            And why do you only believe in you and your friends in the joyfull times, if you can’t be aware of what will happen to you ..next??
